Prospect Park // Lemonade Part 2

After a few weeks of heavy snowfall, and trying to get our riding in wherever we could fit it here in New York, it gets to a point where you have to suffer a little outdoors and spin out in some practically unrideable snow for a few hours at your max heart rate just to feel sane for a few days. All in the name of fighting that winter stir crazy feeling!!

After my last Lemonade trip, the good friend Chris San Agustin(Broken and Coastal) shot me a text and was more than willing to spin through some of the densest snow that these Brooklyn hiking trails had to offer. We’re super cautious to try and go early in the morning before any hikers have made their way out to trek through the dense snow. Luckily, we’re the only ones out on these trails in the early morning. There was also no one out on the sledding hills, so Chris made some perfect use of the existing sled jumps.

There’s really nothing better than waking up early on a day that’s super snowy, cutting through messy and empty Brooklyn streets with a beautiful girl who’s excited to shred some snow, meeting up with a really good friend, and cruising around some untouched and practically unrideable snow for a few hours.

What more could you ask for? Probably a snow man, but we found one!
