Scene Report // Michelle Willcox // San Francisco

Michelle Willcox has put rad and beautiful photos up on No Life before (perspectives series here), and we’re BEYOND stoked to share more from her life and times in SF. This post felt like a proper scene report, so it was only natural we welcome Michelle to the reports series.

Michelle is a definitive west coast friend crush for us New Yorkers over here at No Life. As an ex TCB messenger turned web engineer for Strava, she’s always getting into rad SF cycling community stuff: bike races, hangs, fun rides, etc. She also usually has a 35mm point and shoot on her. Also commonly referred to here on No Life as “our people” for obvious reasons.

A few words from Michelle below, and check out her gram if you feel like it!

I’m approaching my three year anniversary of living in San Francisco and it’s weird and exciting to think about. I don’t feel like I’ve been here that long but I feel like this is where I truly feel home now. I feel like there’s so much I want to still explore and haven’t seen, and yet I also feel like I’m super comfortable and used to certain spaces as well. I tried to capture these contrasting feelings with the photos I’ve selected because it showcases just a few of the many reasons why I love San Francisco. Even though my life and who I am as a person has changed an immense amount in the past three years, I still find myself completely and utterly enamored with this city just as much as I did the day I first moved here.
