Danielle Schön out of Toronto really surprised me this year, not only actually getting to know her as being a decent, and secretly rad human being, after a couple of brief encounters shooting her portrait at Red Hook Crit in 2015 and 2016, but finally having the opportunity to see what she’s made of and what she’s capable of as a frame builder.
Really want to see this frameset built up, but I’m also such a sucker for partially chromed bikes, so I had to get some shots of this gem.
The cable routing on this one really threw me, and is super well thought out. The triple downtube cable routing, the symmetrical cable exits on the chainstays, and the cable routing through the fork crown have to be a few of my favorite little details. What do you think, white cable housing for this one?
