The friends over at DontDo in France are making some waves. The most waves I’ve seen come out of that area of Europe in a while. Not to mention the Frenchman that won the Redhook Crit on a bamboo track bike, but they’re making some rad work! Caroline Pauleau is a driving force behind DontDo and runs her own blog at Paulette Roulettes.
